Sir Alex Ferguson knows a thing or two about winning as the former Man United manager oversaw a historic period at Old Trafford and at Cheltenham on Thursday, the Scottish legend was celebrating once again.
Ferguson was the manager of United for an incredible 26 seasons and during that time, delivered the Red Devils 13 league titles, two Champions League crowns, five FA Cups and four League Cups.
The 82-year-old is considered by many as the greatest British manager of all time and things have not been the same at Man United since he left.
Along with football, Ferguson has a passion for horse racing and owns 32 horses.
Some of them have been running at this week’s Cheltenham festival and there were beautiful scenes at the historic event on Thursday as the former Man United coach had a winner.
The Ferguson-owned Monmiral won at 25/1 and the 82-year-old was recorded celebrating his horse crossing the line
