Bruno Fernandes has given Manchester United a commanding lead by making it 3-0 in the 58th minute of the FA Cup semi-final.
The Red Devils entered the interval with a two-goal advantage thanks to Scott McTominay and Harry Maguire, with their captain now shifting United into cruise control after a dominant showing against Championship outfit Coventry City.
Mark Robins’ side were able to enjoy a brief spell of possession when play resumed after half-time, although they failed to test Andre Onana and make anything of it.
Now, a swift counter-attack led to Coventry’s area being quickly flooded with red shirts. Marcus Rashford was dispossessed on the left-hand side before the ball fell to Fernandes, who shuffled it from his right foot to his left and fired a powerful strike towards Bradley Collins.
