This is a huge blow in perspective for the Gunners. The English midfielder was sent off (49th) during the match between Arsenal and Brighton at the Emirates Stadium. An expulsion which follows a second yellow card received for a harmless gesture.

After committing a foul, Declan Rice prevented his opponent from playing quickly, which is prohibited and which prompted the referee to show a red card. This gesture could cost Arsenal dearly, who lost the thread of the match after the exclusion of the former West Ham player, Brighton equalized a few minutes later. But, which should especially deprive him of the North London derby, against rival Tottenham away.
