Man City continue to trail Man United 2-0 in the FA Cup final and Erling Haaland has gone very close to pulling a goal back as the striker rattled the crossbar early in the second half.

Pep Guardiola’s team went into the halftime break two goals down after a poor first-half showing with Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo getting on the scoresheet.

That has left a lot for City to do in the second 45 and they need just one goal to spark a comeback.

Haaland came close early in the second half as the Norway international smashed the ball off of the crossbar after receiving the ball from Jeremy Doku.

Haaland will be looking for at least one more opportunity and will likely not make the same mistake next time around.
