Ahead of Man City’s pre-season tour, Pep Guardiola was asked about rumours connecting him with the England job.
With Gareth Southgate having resigned after England’s Euro 2024 final loss against Spain, the Football Association have to get the next appointment spot on.

It’s easy to understand why Guardiola would be the choice of many, and whilst he intimated that he was happy at City and looking forward to the new season, he didn’t specifically rule out taking the England job in the future.
