Neymar Jr may be injured, but the Brazilian star has no plans to stop his birthday celebrations.

The Brazilian star posted a video on his Instagram in collaboration with online poker room, PokerStars, as he prepares to celebrate his birthday on February 5. He appeared fully dressed for the filming of the video, the soundtrack of which is by American rapper J Cole.

The Brazilian turns 32 tomorrow and it’s fair to say he has failed to reach the heights predicted for him when he joined Barcelona over a decade ago. Since then, he has made some waves in the football world, but after his time at Paris Saint-Germain, he ran out of steam partly due to some bad luck with injuries.

Neymar responds to haters

Last week, photos of the superstar surfaced on the internet and the Brazilian appeared rather fat, earning him incessant trolls on social media. However, Neymar responded to his “haters”.

The Brazilian is already recovering from the anterior cruciate ligament injury he suffered in October last year. It is believed that he will be able to return next season with Al-Hilal and will not take part in Brazil’s Copa América campaign in the United States.
