Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding and wedding festivities have dominated social media for months. The duo – who tied the knot on Friday, July 12 in the presence of family, friends and colleagues, will be hosting a reception tonight that will see the paps in attendance too. While videos from the same are sure to make their way online, a clip of Shanaya Kapoor from one of the recent wedding functions is currently going viral on social media.

Shanaya Kapoor captured arguing with security
A video shared to Reddit’s BollyBlindsNGossip subreddit shows an ivory kurta set-clad Shanaya Kapoor arguing with the security deployed at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding venue. As per reports, the confrontation occurred when the guard insisted that the actress-to-be get her handbag checked as per the stringent security protocols in place.
As seen in the video, Shanaya takes umbrage at the routine security measure and lashes out at the guard. While the interaction isn’t audible, the caption attached to the clip reads, “Any lip readers here? I could understand ‘What sorry, this is ridiculous'” The video – originally shared on TikTok, is captioned, “Spoiled and inconsiderate celebritie’s kids. Shanya Kapoor scolds security for checking her bag. (sic)”

Commenting on the video, one Reddit user wrote, “Behen tera toh career bhi nahin hai (Your career has not even started). You should be thankful that at least these hardworking security guys are giving you some attention.” Another added, “Shanaya Kapoor -0% movie, 100% attitude.” A third noted, “The security personnel have a real job and real achievements to talk about in their lives.
