In the case of the former, Premier League clubs are aware that Rodrygo could find himself out of the squad before long, which is not the case with Vinicius.
A lucrative offer for Vinicius
However, The Athletic reports that Saudi Arabia made a “lucrative offer” for Vinicius this summer, but the Brazilian quickly declined. The Saudis wanted to make him the face of Saudi football ahead of the 2034 World Cup, but Vinicius is happy in the Spanish capital, where he has three years left on his contract. Saudi Arabia are expected to come back for more, however.
Indeed, the 24-year-old is a Ballon d’Or contender and is currently shining at the highest level. Vinicius is unlikely to be bought, unless he feels unhappy at the Santiago Bernabeu because of Mbappé’s arrival…
