Wallo and Gillie are setting an example of brotherhood after their recent empowering conversation with Kodak Black. The ‘Million Dollaz Worth of Game’ hosts met with the rapper in his stomping grounds: South Florida.
Wallo and Gillie’s interview with Kodak Black appeared on YouTube on Friday (Nov. 15) and lasted about 46 minutes. The trio discussed Kodak’s music, visited his old living areas, and attempted to address the rapper’s continued drug use.
The link-up comes after Kodak went viral earlier this month for his appearance on Kai Cenat’s livestream. Among other moments, Black caused concerns when he popped a Percocet pill during the stream. He later clapped back at people judging him. “Ain’t nobody under the sun perfect. Everybody got a vice some kind of way,” Black said at the time.

Recap Of What Wallo & Gillie Shared With Kodak Black
In one part of the new interview, Wallo and Gillie are seen crouching down to Kodak’s level, who was sitting on a sidewalk. To recap, Wallo asks Kodak to make eye contact and reassures him that he’s “special.”
“Don’t ever doubt yourself and you got them babies counting on you,” Wallo tells Kodak while holding his hand. For context, Kodak is a father to at least four children, per HotNewHipHop.
“…It’s gone be times where you gon’ doubt yourself, you gon’ be in pain, but them babies counting on you. You gotta be here and I’m telling you that because a lot of people get around you, and they see your success…and they ‘yes men.’ I ain’t here to ‘yes man’ you,” Wallo said.
Wallo encouraged Kodak to “live” and to not mind the ridicule of his pain. Again, he reminded Black that his babies and family were counting on him.
“And you’re talented. You got something that a lot of brothers ain’t here no more to have that opportunity that you had. Some of them in prison, some of them dead and they looking at us like we just some n****s who don’t give a f**k, we junkies, we are criminals, that’s what they think of us. We gotta learn how to change the narrative brother. You got a lot of young people watching you,” Wallo said to Kodak while Gillie watched.
Wallo then gave Kodak a hug, and so did Gillie. Swipe below to see the heartwarming exchange.
