The 23-year-old Italian has been winning rave reviews for his performances in Serie A, with the outlet suggesting his current value remains at a reasonable €20m-€25m.

That could increase significantly were he to make Italy’s European Championship squad and have a decent tournament, so it makes sense for Man United to declare their interest now.
