Barcelona brought an end to their pre-season tour of the USA last night following a penalty shootout defeat to AC Milan after the game had finished in a 2-2 draw in regulation time.

Robert Lewandowski scored a brace for the Blaugrana and impressed with his performance with the new season just around the corner.

However, his fellow striker, Vitor Roque, who has been unable to make much of an impact during the pre-season tour, caught the eye for the wrong reasons.

However, right before the penalty shootout began, Roque was seen involved in what appeared to be a heated argument with one of Barcelona’s coaching staff members – Thiago Alcantara.

The former La Masia midfielder, who has joined Flick’s staff on a short-term basis, has been highlighted as a positive influence on the squad thus far.

However, Roque did not see eye-to-eye with Thiago on something that was being discussed right before the penalties. Eventually, though, the Brazilian did step up and score from the spot during the shootouts.
