That means several wrestlers will be issuing for extended periods of time, though one of them made a surprise return this week, doing something that might not have been expected.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Orange Cassidy defeated Mike Bennett in a singles match. Following the match, the Undisputed Kingdom attacked Cassidy, with Jake Hager making a surprise save. Hager and Cassidy did not have a previous relationship or partnership in AEW, though the show was in Hager’s home state of Oklahoma. Hager has not wrestled a match since January 10.
