The Web3-native creative design startup Sogni.ai has become one of the latest projects to join CoinMarketCap’s prestigious accelerator program, CMC Labs.
It’s a clear opportunity for Sogni.ai to establish its platform at the forefront of Web3’s burgeoning creative scene, providing it with the resources it needs to build out its artificial intelligence capabilities and tools and grow its user base. Sogni.ai is joining CMC Labs’ program just weeks ahead of its mainnet launch, which is set to occur in the first quarter of this year. The startup is developing a blockchain-based platform that combines AI-powered content creation with decentralized technologies such as non-fungible tokens, allowing creators to monetize their digital creations through tokenization. Its platform is built on a powerful compute layer that consists of community-owned GPUs to ensure high performance. Users who own computing resources can rent out their idle computing power to Sogni.ai and earn SOGNI tokens as a reward.
The project caters primarily to artists, enabling them to fulfill their creativity and generate high-quality visuals that can be minted as NFTs, while developers can use Sogni.ai’s tools to create NFT marketplaces and AI-powered content platforms.
As for CMC Labs, it’s one of the best known Web3 accelerators in the crypto realm, with previous graduates from its program including the play-to-earn MMORPG game Seraph, the low-code NFT development platform Galaxis.xyz and the DeFi project Aperture Finance.
The decentralized Web3 gaming platform, Gaimin, and the gamified trading platform Xyro, are also former graduates of CMC Labs.
Sogni.ai said it sees its admission to CMC Labs as a strong endorsement of the platform, the community it is building, and most important, its vision of a thriving, fully-decentralized and transparent Web3-native ecosystem for creatives that everyone can participate in.
With CMC Labs on board, Sogni.ai said it has the backing it needs to scale its platform and emerge at the forefront of the next evolution in AI-powered creation.
