Wendy Williams‘ son is sharing a new update on her health.

Back in November, the 60-year-old former talk show host’s guardian filed new legal documents in court claiming that Wendy is “cognitively impaired and permanently incapacitated” due to early-onset dementia.

Then last week, Wendy appeared in good spirits as she attended her son Kevin Hunter Jr.‘s college graduation in Florida.

In a new Instagram comment, Kevin, 24, shared a rare update on Wendy‘s health.

“This makes me feel ancient. Keep God First, Stay Humble, and Keep Working Young Man!!! We Truly Thank GOD for it ALL!!!”

Then in the comments, Kevin thanked Charlamagne for his kind words and shared an update on Wendy.

“Thank you fam! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Let’s get her home 🤞🏽” Kevin first wrote.

“While I’m here quick update on my mom. She’s sober and wants to come home,” Kevin wrote in a second comment. “We’re fighting to make that happen because Isolation is killing her faster than anything else.”

If you were unaware, Wendy has been under a legal guardianship since 2022.

Earlier this year, a source close to Wendy‘s family said that they have “largely been denied contact” with her by her guardian.
