The east Londoners are currently on a seven-match winless run in all competitions with Sunday's 6-0 thrashing by Arsenal their heaviest-ever home Premier League defeat.
Sullivan is also said to be concerned by a growing negativity towards Moyes from Hammers fans.
That said, it's understood that Moyes will be given time to reverse West Ham's fortunes.
The club's next four games will go a long way in deciding his fate with those fixtures all against teams in the bottom seven in the Premier League table.
They includes fixtures against Nottingham Forest, Brentford, Everton and Burnley.
Moyes also has credit in the bank with Sullivan after last season's European heroics, with success in the Europa Conference League being the first major trophy that the club have won since 1980.
