David Moyes wants to bring Harry Maguire to West Ham.
The Hammers had come close to signing the 31-year-old defender last summer, with a £30 million deal agreed between the clubs.
Maguire’s switch to West Ham in the summer never materialised but reports from The Sun now claim that Moyes is set up to rekindle his interest in the England centre-back, with an offer worth £15-£20m expected to be made in the coming months.
With one year left on Maguire’s contract, Moyes could push the boat out to sign him this summer for a cheaper fee that was agreed over 12 months ago, with suggestions that West Ham could put a two or three-year deal on the table.
United have been without Maguire due to injury for the past three matches. However, that has not stopped him from being called up to the England squad for the March internationals.
Here we go then.

Maguire will return to action this weekend when United take on Liverpool in the FA Cup quarter-finals.
“We had a good week,” Ten Hag said. “The players you mention – Hojlund, Maguire and Aaron [Wan-Bissaka] returned on the pitch, partly at the start of the week and they had a session [on Friday] and are all training.
“We have to see how they recover from this, but it looks good. I think [they will be fit to play].”
