Arriving last summer, Samuel Umtiti received one of the biggest salaries at the northern club but the bet seems to have failed.

Seventh budget in Ligue 1 with 100 million euros, Losc generally remains cautious on the transfer market and tries to unearth new talents as it has done in the past with Victor Osimhen, Nicolas Pépé or Sven Botman.

Losc nevertheless took a big financial risk last year by attracting Samuel Umtiti. If he arrived free, the French world champion negotiated one of the biggest salaries at the club, the best paid player in the locker room remaining Jonathan David, paid 187,500 euros per month.

The 10 highest paid Losc players (monthly salary)

1- J. David €187,500

2- A. Ounas €185,000

3- B. André €180,000

4- S. Umtiti €150,000

– Ismaily €150,000

6- R. Cabella €120,000

– N. Bentaleb €120,000

– I. Cavaleiro €120,000
