Nollywood actresses, Nkechi Blessing and Laide Bakare have reacted following the reconciliation of their senior colleagues, Taiwo Hassan and Yinka Quadri.
Gossipinfo reported years back that anonymous blogger Gistlover scattered their friendship, and the fallout became more pronounced when Yinka Quadri didn’t attend Shaki’s wedding and naming ceremony.
However, the two have now reconciled as videos making rounds online captured the actors hugging each other at Yoni Fabiyi’s birthday celebration. In the clip, Yinka Quadri could be seen on stage spraying the band singer money as Taiwo Hassan joined him, and the two chatted before patching things up with a hug.

Many were left surprised that the two were at war as they praised them for their sense of maturity.
Reacting to it, Nkechi was left surprised that the two actors were at loggerheads in the past. Taking to a blog’s comment, she questioned when they had beef.
“Fight? When Biko?”.
Laide Bakare expressed how joyous she was at their reconciliation as she wrote, “Huge congratulations”.
Similarly, in 2022, Madam Saje and Fali Werepe almost clashed at Yinka Quadri’s 63rd surprise birthday party. The drama started when the latter countered Madam Saje’s statement at the star-studded party. Madam Saje, who saw it as an insult, claimed she is a senior to Fali Werepe in the Nollywood industry.
Fali Werepe, who wasn’t holding any grudge against the actress, said she only called attention to her exaggeration.
However the two reconciled as Fausat showed that she held no grudge against Fali by penning a sweet note to her on her birthday today.
Also last year, Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele finally made peace after years of rivalry over who would dominate the Box Office.
The two ladies settled their differences as Toyin Abraham celebrated Funke on her birthday and she reciprocated. To further prove that all was well between them, Toyin attended Funke Akindele’s movie premiere, She Must Be Obeyed.
Last week, Toyin Abraham penned an open letter to Funke, speaking about how fan wars caused their unnecessary feud and congratulated her for achieving the one billion landmark in the cinema and Funke reacted, wishing her the best.
