Fans of When Hope Calls are in for a treat! The Hallmark Channel series is returning for a second season, but there will be some changes, starting with a network switch as it moves to Great American Family. It was announced in September 2024 that GAF has picked up the show for a season two, following two Christmas specials on the network. Season two will consist of eight episodes, and “while the opening episodes pay homage to the romance of Lillian and Mountie Gabriel, new characters are introduced that are seminal to the orphanage and children, the sprawling farms and ranchlands, and to the town of Brookfield who welcome a new Constable from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Mountie Michael.” When Hope Calls started filming in late September and will debut on Great American Family in January 2025!
