Chelsea Blackwell and Jimmy Presnell are just friends.

Despite recent reconciliation rumors, the “Love is Blind” stars confirmed on Wednesday’s reunion episode that they are not back together.

Blackwell admitted to Entertainment Weekly this week that the couple — who broke up during Season 6 — attempted to work things out after cameras stopped rolling.

“We tried to date for days after, and we really tried,” she recalled. “We tried our hardest and it just didn’t work out.”

Presnell, 28, ended things with Blackwell, 31, for a second time following a seemingly successful date at an amusement park, she told the outlet.

“He called me and said he realized he didn’t want a relationship,” she explained. “This experiment was a lot on him and it just didn’t work out.”

He explained to the outlet, “Ultimately, it just didn’t work because I felt like I had skeletons in my closet at that point that she constantly was bringing up.”

The former couple butted heads over several things during their time on the hit Netflix series, such as Blackwell’s insistence that Presnell was not affectionate enough and Presnell thinking she was too “clingy” as he repeatedly reassured her that he was in love with her.

The software sales rep said he felt “disrespected” when Blackwell called him out for sleeping with one of his female best friends in the past after he asked her to keep the information off the show.

In fact, Blackwell told Entertainment Weekly that they stopped speaking for “months and months.”
