Paris Saint-Germain finally has its first major reinforcement of the summer transfer window. This Monday, the capital club made official the arrival of Portuguese midfielder Joao Neves from Benfica Lisbon.
The 19-year-old player signed with the Red and Blue for the sum of 60 million euros for the next five seasons.
