Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage is five episodes into its first season, but fans won’t be happy to learn that the CBS TV show won’t air another new episode for another 2 weeks. The CBS comedy is a Young Sheldon spinoff series, and has already been given a full season order by the network – which is a good sign that the show is performing well. Instead, this week, CBS is airing a TV movie, Nugget is Dead? A Christmas Story as part of some holiday programming. After Nugget is Dead?, CBS will air a repeat of the pilot episode of Georgie & Mandy. Then next week (November 28), the show won’t air a new episode as it’s Thanksgiving.
