Will Ferrell opened up about his decision to wear his Elf costume to a Los Angeles Kings game recently! The 57-year-old comedian and actor dressed up as Buddy the Elf from his iconic Christmas movie when he attended the December 29 hockey game at Crypto.com Arena. However, it was a version of Buddy that we haven’t seen before. The 2024 edition of Buddy had a cigarette in his mouth and a glass of beer in hand. That was just… I get these weird ideas every now and then.” He continued, saying, “We’re season ticket holders for the L.A. Kings. We have seats right on the glass, which are amazing. I said, ‘Gosh over the break, it would be funny if I just got a Buddy the Elf costume and didn’t shave for a week, and I’m just sitting there with a candy cigarette. It’s just a candy cigarette. And I’m just gonna sit there for a period and see how people react.’” “The reaction was insane,” he recalled. “Like, what is he doing? Is he promoting something?
