Will Ospreay hopes to inspire others.

Will Ospreay fully joined AEW in March after he wrapped up with NJPW. Ospreay has established his status as one of the top wrestlers in the world during his time in NJPW. He continues to cement himself in AEW.

Speaking on Hey! (EW), Will Ospreay opened up about having autism, dyslexia, and ADHD. He stated that he had to have someone read his AEW contract to him.

“In the school system, I didn’t find out a lot about myself until I after I left,” Will Ospreay said. “So I wasn’t afforded the extra time…there were so many things in my education that I really needed help on, and I didn’t get that help. It’s not just me, it’s a wide bunch of people. So finding out all this shit about myself, I just want to show people like, ‘Yeah, I’ve got autism. I have ADHD as well, I’m super dyslexic. I can’t read, I had to have someone f*cking read my contract out for me. “

Will Ospreay Wants To Inspire

Will Ospreay continued by stating that he wants to inspire, as he has realized that he has gotten to this point because of the things that make him who he is.

“So it’s super embarrassing, man. It really is. But I feel like I’ve got to the point where I am because of all these things that make me who I am, and I want to inspire people. So a lot of people don’t take risks on people that have autism around my area, and I would like to hope that seeing me doing this stuff, it does inspire other people.”

Will Ospreay is set to face Bryan Danielson at AEW Dynasty on April 21.
