Atalanta started their Serie A season with a 4-0 defeat to Lecce.

After starting their season with a defeat against Real Madrid in the European Super Cup (2-0), Atalanta Bergamo recovered well on the occasion of the 1era Serie A day, this Monday, by thrashing Lecce (0-4).

Deprived of Ademola Lookman, who reportedly refused to play in order to force his transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, the Dea was able to count on Marco Brescianini and Mateo Retegui, both of whom scored twice.
