‘Worried’ Jennifer Lopez has been ‘in regular contact’ with Ben Affleck and kids since wildfires erupted in LA

Jennifer Lopez has been “worried and concerned” for Ben Affleck after he was forced to leave his $20.5 million Pacific Palisades home due to the Los Angeles fires.

A source exclusively told Page Six that the “Hustlers” actress has been particularly stressed over her ex’s wellbeing since “she heard he was evacuated.”

Lopez, 55, “has been checking in on Ben throughout this whole ordeal” and “let him know she’s there for him and the kids,” the source said, referencing Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, whom he shares with ex Jennifer Garner.

“She offered her support for whatever they need,” the insider noted before adding that she has offered “assistance in any way she can.”

Affleck and Lopez — who were first engaged in 2002 before calling it quits two years later — rekindled their romance in early 2021 and got engaged for the second time a year later. However, the singer filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024.

Despite settling their divorce less than a week ago, the insider told us that Lopez “reached out as soon as she heard about Ben’s home possibly being in danger and that he was evacuated.”

Reps for Affleck and Lopez did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

On Tuesday night, Page Six obtained photos of a concerned Affleck, 52, fleeing in his car to Garner’s house as the California wildfires threatened his home, which he had bought just five months prior.

However, by Wednesday, the “Argo” actor returned to his estate after learning that it was still standing.

“Ben’s home is still under evacuation order, but he feels so grateful his property is safe for the time being,” a separate source told us at the time.

“Ben knows many people who unfortunately lost their homes. He has seen a lot of devastation, and it’s beyond tragic. … Ben is reaching out to anybody he can to help.”

However, other celebs — such as Paris Hilton, Adam Brody, Mel Gibson, Miles Teller, Jamie Lee Curtis and more — were not as lucky as they lost their entire homes.

On Tuesday night, a wildfire quickly got out of control and began to rapidly spread through the Palisades and other areas of Los Angeles, completely destroying everything in its path.

The fires, which have been labeled as the most destructive in California history, have claimed the lives of at least 10 people and displaced over 300,000 Californians.
