WRESTLING RUMOR: New WWE Series To Begin Taping Next Week

Another one? WWE presents a variety of wrestling shows in any given week and some of them are different than others. You have your normal shows with Monday Night Raw and SmackDown, but there are other shows which are a bit more specialized. That is what we are going to be seeing in the near future as WWE is officially set to start shooting another regular series.

According to Bodyslam.net’s Corey Hayes, WWE will begin taping its new “Evolve” series starting on February 7. The show is named after the Evolve promotion, which WWE purchased in 2021 before it was shut down. There is no word on who is going to be involved in the show or when it will air. WWE filed to trademark “Evolve” on Thursday of this week.

Opinion: This is something that could be interesting as it sounds like more of a traditional wrestling show than the previous NXT LVL Up, which was just a collection of matches most of the time. I could go for something like this, though it is going to depend on how the show works. At least this time, it seems that WWE is interested in trying something new, which should be fun.
