According to WrestleVotes Radio, SmackDown is expected to expand to three hours a week starting with the January 3 edition. Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise, as there is something to be said about having more content when WWE is being paid so much money for the shows. At the same time, Monday Night Raw being three hours compared to SmackDown’s two hours does not line up as well so this is about as logical of a move as there is. As long as the show’s quality holds up, it should work well.
