A stipulation has been added to a major tag team match on the September 20 episode of WWE SmackDown.
On the September 13 episode of WWE SmackDown, Bayley confronted WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax. Tiffany Stratton and Naomi got involved as well, and the four women agreed to a tag team match on the following week. The match already has significant stipulations. Bayley or Naomi will earn a shot at the WWE Women’s Championship if they win. However, if Jax and Stratton win, the woman who gets punned will have to leave SmackDown.
In a tweet on September 20, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced that the bout would now have a Tornado Tag Team stipulation.
The updated card is as follows:
Tornado Tag Team Match: Nia Jax & Tiffany Stratton vs. Bayley & Naomi WWE United States Championship: LA Knight (c) vs. Andrade Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes appear Giovanni Vinci vs. Apollo CrewsWrestleZone will have coverage of WWE SmackDown as it airs on Friday.
