WWE Alumni Begins Training For In-Ring Return After 11 Years

Former WWE star Tyler Reks made a public announcement about her transition to Gabbi Tuft a few years ago. Tuft, who requested her release in 2012, has not been involved in wrestling since then. After getting medical clearance for her in-ring return, Tuft has finally started training for a return after more than 11 years.

Back in 2023, Gabbi Tuft announced her intention to make comeback to pro wrestling after an absence of more than 11 years. Recently, Tuft confirmed that she has received medical clearance for her return to in-ring action.

The former WWE Superstar took to her Instagram and uploaded a video of herself finally training inside the squared circle after more than 11 years. Tuft could be seen performing arm drags and headlock takeovers in addition to running the ropes.

Gabbi Tuft also did a few worked punches as well as shoulder blocks. Tuft also pointed out that she was training at the Rhodes Wrestling Academy, which is run by AEW star Dustin Rhodes.

Day 1…of many.

Gabbi Tuft also recently made it clear that she is eyeing return at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event on January 27th. We will have to wait and see when she will finally make her in-ring return, as fans are certainly cheering for Tuft.
