WrestleMania 40 Sunday is set to unfold at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 7th and the company still has a lot of surprises planned for the show, including a celebrity guest appearance.

Snoop Dogg is one of the most beloved rappers of all time and he truly has a deep love for pro wrestling in general. Therefore, it came as no surprise he ended up saving a huge segment at WrestleMania 39 thanks to his quick wits.

Last year, the legendary rapper arguably saved WrestleMania Sunday after Shane McMahon ended up tearing his quads during his impromptu match with The Miz. It led to Snoop Dogg saving the segment by hitting the People’s Elbow on The Miz.

According to PWInsider, Snoop Dogg is set to make an appearance during tonight’s WrestleMania 40 Sunday event, in a repeat from last year’s WrestleMania.

”In asking around, PWInsider.com is told he is scheduled to make an appearance at Wrestlemania 40 Night Two.”

Following The Rock and Roman Reigns’ victory over Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on Saturday, the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns will now adhere to Bloodline Rules. Therefore, Cody Rhodes has all the odds stacked against him today. We will have to wait and see whether Snoop Dogg will make an appearance during the match or if he will have another role at WrestleMania 40 Sunday.
