WWE LFG Episode Two: Teams Picked, Leigh Laurel Shines

WWE aired its second episode of LFG on Sunday, Feb. 23. This episode finalized each coaches team and gave each legend four members (two women, and two me). The show started off with a mixed tag match between last week’s four match participants. Tyra Mae Steele teamed up with Anthony Luke to take on Dani Raye Sekelsky and Shiloh Hill. Dani and Shiloh picked up the win.

The teams were finalized this week. Steele and Luke were able to pick their coaches as standouts from the full 16 participants. Steel chose Undertaker while Luke chose Booker T. The rest were randomly drawn.

Four matches took place this episode. The match ups were selected by the coaches on who felt impressed them from the morning drills.

This was Tatyanna’s first ever match. The coaches praised both Tatyanna and Leigh in the match. However, they comended Leigh as the babyface in the match to control it and help lead Tatyanna.

Not only are the athletes fighting for an NXT contract, but the coaches are fighting to win as well. Out of the eight people we saw perform on this week’s show, one woman and one man earned a point for their team.

They were: Troy Yearwood for Team Mickie and Leigh Laurel for Team Booker T.
