The demo for WWE NXT on August 13 was higher than what was initially reported.
According to Wrestlenomics, Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT actually drew a 0.17 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The demo was initially reported earlier this week as a 0.14. The viewership of 617,000 viewers remains unchanged.
What happened on WWE NXT this week?
This week’s show kicked off with NXT Champion Ethan Page cutting a promo. Page was interrupted by TNA Wrestling’s Joe Hendry. Hendry was attacked by Wes Lee allowing Page to escape.
Charlie Dempsey defeated Tony D’Angelo to once again capture the NXT Heritage Cup.
Lola Vice was also in action picking up a win over Tatum Paxley. Wendy Choo attacked NXT Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan who was at ringside for the matchup.
The main event saw Andre Chase and Ridge Holland defeat Axiom and Nathan Frazer to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions. Chase U celebrated to close the show.
