WWE NXT saw a decrease in viewership on April 1.
According to Wrestlenomics, NXT averaged 650,000 viewers on Tuesday. The show drew a 0.15 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode, when an average of 741,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week’s show (0.16 rating in the same demographic).

This week’s show kicked off with an announcement from Ava and Stephanie Vaquer. Ava announced that Vaquer needed to relinquish the Women’s North American Championship.
Zaria and Kelani Jordan won their qualifying matches to compete in a six-way ladder match for the vacant championship at Stand & Deliver.
Elsewhere on the show, it was announced that Oba Femi will defend his NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver against Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans.
In the main event of the evening, Ricky Saints defeated Shawn Spears to capture the NXT North American Championship. Saints was laid out by Ethan Page following the match.
