WWE NXT Viewership Drops On 10/15, Demo Also Down

WWE NXT viewership dropped, both in the total and in the key demographic, compared to the previous week.

Wade Keller of the PWTorch reports that NXT averaged 639,000 viewers, which is down from last week (874,000 viewers).

In the 18 to 49 demographic, NXT scored a 0.18 rating, which is also down from last week (0.24 rating). NXT was up against the MLB playoff game between the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday. The game led all of TV on Tuesday with 5/4 million viewers and a 1.28 rating in the key demographic, per Wrestlenomics.

This Week’s Episode Of WWE NXT

The October 15 episode of NXT was headlined by a Number One Contender’s match where Ethan Page faced Wes Lee and Je’Von Evans. Plus, Stephanie Vaquer made her NXT in-ring debut and Nikkita Lyons returned to the ring. Elsewhere on the show, Oro Mensah faced Lexis King, and Ridge Holland clashed with Riley Osborne. NXT North American Champion Tony D’Angelo also held a victory celebration.
