WWE is gearing up for Money in the Bank, and the SmackDown go-home episode before the big show featured the return of a tag team that fans hadn’t seen in a while. Elton Prince and Kit Wilson, better known as Pretty Deadly, made their return to television.

Making their in-ring comeback on tonight’s WWE SmackDown, Pretty Deadly returned to action after more than three months since their last match. The tag team competed against the Street Profits.

Prince and Wilson interrupted the Profits last week while they were speaking to SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, pitching their idea for ‘Pretty Deadly: The Musical.’ However, they left with a challenge for a match that took place tonight (July 5). Despite their efforts, the Street Profits emerged victorious, with B-Fab providing support at ringside.

Pretty Deadly’s last in-ring appearance on SmackDown was on March 29, 2024, where they secured a win over Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. Since then, they have been absent from action and only made a brief appearance in the crowd at Clash at the Castle. They also had a couple of dark matches in June, but tonight marked their return to television.

It’s great to see them back in action, even though they didn’t come out on top in the contest.

What’s your take on Pretty Deadly? Do you think they are future tag team champions on the main roster? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
