Candice LeRae defended the WWE Women’s Speed Championship against Zoey Stark on the February 26th episode of WWE Speed. Stark nearly scored the win, but the time limit expired as she was going for the pin.
As the time limit drew near, Stark hit LeRae with a Z-360. LeRae avoided getting pinned by rolling to the outside. By the time Stark got her back in the ring and attempted to get the pinfall, the time-limit expired while the referee was counting. The match ended in a time-limit draw, meaning that LeRae remained the champion.

LeRae is set to compete at WWE Elimination Chamber. She and Nia Jax will face WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus.

Jax praised Candice LeRae during an interview with Scott Fishman of TV Insider.
“She is one of the best women’s wrestlers in the world,” Jax said. “She doesn’t get enough flowers. I saw an opportunity to bring in one of the most talented wrestlers in the world. I thought, “Why not?” I could learn so much from her. She has given me so many pointers. I watch her work and take notes and think she is incredible.”
