Fans are going to want to have something to connect them to their favorite wrestlers and it ca be very lucrative for both the wrestlers and the promotion at the same time. WWE has been the biggest pusher of wrestling merdhancise for a long time and now someone is making quite the mark in this area.

According to Wrestlenomics by way of Cagesideseats.com, during the month of October, Jey Uso sold more merchandise than CM Punk and Roman Reigns combined. Uso was the Intercontinental Champion for most of the month and but did not wrestle on the month’s Premium Live Event Bad Blood. During the same month, Punk wrestled in the Bad Blood’s signature match and Reigns headlined the event.

Opinion: This is quite the impressive feat and it is all the more difficult to pull off when Uso wasn’t even wrestling on the biggest show of the month. You can see that the fans are very much into whatever Uso is doing as his entrance alone, complete with all of the YEET stuff everywhere, has fans going nuts. It shouldn’t be surprising that Uso is cleaning up at the moment and good for him for capitalizing on his success.
