Yemi Alade reveals why she is  still relevant in music Industry for 14 years

Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade, has shared details of her remarkable 14-year music career in the industry including the setbacks, victories, and changes.

The multi-award-winning musician, known for her electrifying performances, attributes her sustained relevance in the industry to her understanding of her life’s path, resilience, and unwavering love for music.

Yemi Alade made her musical debut in 2010 with her track “Fimile,” featuring Eldee The Don. Since then, she has built an incredible career.

“Officially, I have been in the industry for 14 years, counting from when I released my first song titled ‘Fimisile,’ featuring Eldee tha Don,” she said.

“I love music. It is actually the one thing that I am gifted at. I am deeply rooted and connected to music. It has chosen me as its messenger,” Yemi Alade said.

“The music industry has always been tough, even before I showed any interest in it. And, it will continue to be tough. However, it is said that ‘tough times never last but tough people do’. I believe that the strongest will always survive,” Yemi Alade added.
