Well maybe? Injuries can be one of the trickiest aspects of wrestling as you never know what to believe. While there are some instances where an injury is obvious, there are other times where you don’t know what is actually going on. There is always the chance that an injury is part of a storyline and right now it is not clear what is going on with a rather prominent star.

The main event of this week’s AEW Dynamite saw Samoa Joe/Brian Cage/Swerve Strickland defeat Hangman Page/Rob Van Dam and Hook in a six man tag team match. Late in the match, Page was seen knocked to the floor and holding his ankle. This has led to conflicting reports over what happened to him. According to Fightful Select, Page is not hurt, with a wrestler saying Page was “good at his job”. However, according to Wrestling Observer Radio, Page is indeed hurt and has a serious ankle injury, which might be a broken ankle. AEW has yet to comment on Page, who is scheduled to challenge for the World Title at Revolution.
