YFN Lucci apologized to the family of murder victim James Adams and to his own family after he was sentenced to prison time after accepting a plea deal in his RICO trial.
“First off, I wanna say my heart goes out to my friend, James Adams, and his family,” Lucci said. “Also, I wanna apologize to my family and my friends for putting them through this stressful process. I would also like to apologize to the court. That’s it.”

— Episodes (@episodesent) January 24, 2024Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violation of the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act. He initially faced multiple felony counts, including felony murder.
The prosecution proposed a 20-year sentence with 10 years to serve. Since he has served three years already, he will be eligible for parole in three and a half months. Lucci gets time served because he surrendered to charges on Jan. 13, 2021. The state also agreed not to send a letter to the state’s pardon and parole board opposing his release.
