Rod Wave Denies Paternity Claims and Calls Out Alleged Extortion Attempt
Rod Wave heated up the timeline after posting a message accusing a woman named Zaria of extortion. Zaria is the same woman who has been alleging for the past few weeks that the rapper is the father of her daughter. Now, this isn’t the first time he’s addressed Zaria publicly.
On March 7, 2025, the rapper hit the internet to shut down speculation about fathering four kids with three women. While he denied knowing the young lady Deja, he confirmed that he did know of Zaria. He went on to only claim that having two daughters would be the twins he shares with Dee. In his post, he states, “I definitely know the other girl, but I got 2 daughters, that’s it.”
This past Thursday, Rod was back and ready to air Zaria out. The two went at it in a series of posts, dropping receipt after receipt. He claimed he was being extorted after already sending $5,000 to the young lady. She claims he’s the one who brought up money in the first place. Zaria shared that she requested $35,000 for an abortion to invest the money into her business.
After he never finished sending the payments, she went through with having the baby. Zaria didn’t let up, waking up Friday morning to share a few more details about why she chose to keep her baby girl.
His Girlfriend, Mini Barbie, Seems Unbothered
While Zaria was making claims about Rod Wave, his girlfriend Mini Barbie appeared unbothered on TikTok. She even had time to shut down a few rumors while people flooded her comment section.

Zaria, the woman alleging that Rod Wave is the father of her baby girl A’lani, has also made it clear that she doesn’t need to troll or clout chase. On March 6, she took to her Instagram Story to clap back at critics, stating, “Never got on this b**** saying every f*** thing about a damn BD. The internet told my own business before I could. I’m not pressed up to be known as nobody BM. That s*** holds ZER00000 WEIGHTTTT. I’m good with or without a MF. I got my own motion, on God a MF can’t call my bluff.”
This message came the day after she alleged in a comment under her TikTok post that Rod Wave is the father of her newborn baby girl and asked people to deaden the topic altogether.
