An interesting update on this young Newcastle United star replacing an outgoing Trent Alexander-Arnold.

The young NUFC player in question is Lewis Miley.

On this occasion, the media exclusive isn’t with regard to what appears all but certain, Trent Alexander-Arnold heading to Real Madrid.

The Mail report (see below) that Trent Alexander-Arnold has left Under Armour to sign a new long-term deal with Adidas.

With the report saying that this has led to Under Armour signing up 18 year old Lewis Miley as the Liverpool player’s replacement.

The Newcastle United midfielder having signed a ‘lucrative deal’ with the American sportswear giant.

Newcastle midfielder Lewis Miley has signed a lucrative deal to become sportswear giants Under Armour’s face of the north.

Mail Sport can reveal the teenage midfielder has signed a multi-year contract with the American firm after his previous deal with Adidas expired.

We revealed in January that the planet’s most prominent sportswear companies were fighting to sign Miley to a long-term contract and it has now emerged Under Armour have won the race.

Miley is Under Armour’s latest footballing acquisition after Real Madrid star Antonio Rudiger joined their roster last year.

Having lost Trent Alexander-Arnold to Adidas, Under Armour had prioritised a statement and vibrant Premier League signing to be the face of their northern operations – particularly in the north east.’
