The 2024/25 Bristol Street Motors Trophy draw has been made and the young Newcastle United stars finding out who they will be playing.
The completion (EFL Trophy) sees the young Magpies as one of 16 Premier League academy sides taking part, playing against League One and League Two clubs.
The Newcastle United under 21s drawing Mansfield, Bradford, and Rotherham in their group.
The 2024/25 Bristol Street Motors Trophy competition will see Sky Sports broadcasting all matches live to their UK audience.

‘Newcastle United Under-21s have been drawn against Bradford City, Mansfield Town and Rotherham United in the 2024/25 Bristol Street Motors Trophy.
The young Magpies are one of 16 Premier League academy sides invited to compete against teams from League One and League Two in the competition, with the initial group stage draw divided into Northern and Southern sections.
United’s youngsters have been confirmed in Group H of the Northern section, with newly-promoted Mansfield Town and Rotherham United, EFL Trophy winners in 2021-22, the two third tier sides they will face, while Bradford City are currently in the fourth tier.
Newcastle have previously faced Mansfield in the competition during the 2021-22 campaign as the Stags, who won promotion to League One last term following a third-placed finish in League Two, claimed a 6-3 win at the One Call Stadium.
All of United’s fixtures will take place away from home, with the first match scheduled to commence in early September.
