It’s the end of the Youssouf Fofana saga. This Saturday, the French international officially signed with AC Milan until June 2028 with an additional year as an option.

The Milanese club paid the sum of 25 million euros to secure the services of the former Monaco midfielder.

The Frenchman comes to strengthen the Italian team which aims to challenge Inter Milan and win the Italian championship title.

Present at a press conference alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the Euro 2024 semi-finalist with the Blues did not hide his joy and satisfaction at having joined the Milanese club. When management calls you and makes eyes at you, you want to join the team.. I said yes to Milan very easily. And with Monaco, everyone wins. There are even “enemies” who play in Italy who advised me to come here. I had the opportunity to face Paulo Fonseca and I had a lot of difficulties. He played a game that you rarely see in France.”
