YSRCP’s stand vindicated by Chandrababu Naidu’s statement on volunteers

The YSRCP stated that the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance’s decision to continue the volunteer system in Andhra Pradesh shows the success of the program. They thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, and JSP chief Pawan Kalyan for recognizing the impact of the ‘Jagananna’ governance model on the state’s poor.

The party emphasized that even the opposition is acknowledging the effectiveness of the Jagananna Governance model by accepting and supporting the volunteer system. They expressed gratitude to key political figures for their recognition of this transformative initiative.

The YSRCP assured the public that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would reinstate the volunteer system on June 4, 2024, the day of his swearing-in. Nara Chandrababu Naidu also pledged to increase the volunteers’ salary from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 if the NDA is voted into power.

Overall, the YSRCP sees the continuation of the volunteer system as a positive development that highlights the success of their governance model and its impact on improving the lives of the poor in Andhra Pradesh.
