Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia is claiming her ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan “tried to control what [she] wore and what [she] posted” on social media before their breakup.

The “BFFs” podcast co-host alleged in Thursday’s bombshell episode that this alleged “f–king crazy” behavior began when she attended the Golden Globes in January.

“He didn’t like my dress,” the 25-year-old told listeners of her sheer gown. “He said he didn’t want to date someone that presents themselves that way.”

She alleged that Bryan, 28, unfollowed her on social media — despite posting her Instagram carousel of awards show snaps to his Story, which she called the “cherry on top” in an emotional “tug of war.”

LaPaglia alleged, “He [was], like, happy in the beginning then all of a sudden, it turns to, ‘I can’t believe you’re wearing this … blah blah blah blah.’  … He tells me all the Instagram pictures that I have that I have to delete, and I’m like, ‘OK, yeah, I guess.’

“He makes me believe that I have to change my image to to keep up with his or something,” she continued, recalling feeling “twisted in the head.”

LaPaglia, who felt as if she was treated like she had her “nipples and … coochie out,” recalled flying back to Bryan’s home — which she has since moved out of — after the January event.

“He ruined my night,” she claimed. “Everything good, anything good I did for me, he made sure to ruin it for me. He ruined my birthday, he ruined my tour, he ruined the Golden Globes. Anything Brianna did for Brianna, he had to ruin it.”

Bryan’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

LaPaglia released the tell-all episode weeks after the songwriter revealed their breakup on social media — and alleged she turned down a $12 million offer to stay silent.

She claimed Bryan’s team also offered to buy her a home or an apartment in New York City.

LaPaglia, who alleged that Bryan’s previous exes signed NDAs, accused the “Pink Skies” singer of emotional abuse and claimed to be “scared of him.”

The couple went public with their romance in July 2023.

Last month, photos circulated of Bryan on the celebrity dating app Raya before he told his Instagram followers that he had split from LaPaglia due to “an incredibly hard year personally.”

She subsequently posted a tearful YouTube video, promising she would eventually “be back and ready to talk.”

Dave Portnoy slammed Bryan on “The Unnamed Show” before LaPaglia spoke out, also breaking down her night at the Golden Globes.

The Barstool Sports founder, 47, claimed “immature” Bryan became upset after LaPaglia complimented a male celebrity’s looks in a red carpet interview.

He had his own bone to pick with Bryan on Thursday, alleging that the performer once had his rescue dog, Miss Peaches, kicked out of his dressing room.
