Zinedine Zidane is in Madrid this Saturday to watch what could be Rafael Nadal’s last match in the Spanish capital.

Hey, here’s some news from Zinedine Zidane. While his future is still particularly unclear, with a new avenue which seems to be closing (Bayern Munich), the legendary playmaker of the 1998 France team made a public appearance this Saturday. On the Madrid side…

The former Real coach is not in Santiago-Bernabeu but further south of the city, in the stands of the “Caja Magica”, for the Masters 1000 tennis tournament. It must be said that there is a great poster on the program, with the duel between Rafael Nadal and Alex De Minaur.

Nadal is a big Real fan

The king of Roland-Garros could play his very last match in the Spanish capital this Saturday, since he is not the favorite for this meeting. De Minaur beat him ten days ago at the Barcelona tournament and Nadal, with all the uncertainty about his physical level, will have to raise his level of play to beat the current 11th player in the world.

Note that Nadal is also a big fan of Real Madrid, and regularly attends Merengues matches at the Bernabeu. At the edge of the Madrid court, Zidane is alongside his wife, Véronique, with a certain Vinicius Jr sitting just behind him.
