Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has refused to lead Algeria in 2024.
Zidane maintains a connection to Algeria, his parents’ country of origin, and has been linked to the vacant manager’s post this month. Algeria opted to fire Djamel Belmadi following their elimination in the group stage of CAN 2024, although the former midfielder extended his contract at the start of January.
