This is particularly unusual information. The tabloid The Sun tells us that a Premier League player, whose identity has not been filtered, was at the heart of a real imbroglio. The footballer, owner of the house, had to prove his innocence before the police, who came to intervene.

A close friend of the player told the tabloid that “the player owns the house in the North West as part of a buy-to-let empire”and that one “Another family member manages the properties, but they couldn’t believe it when police found a large-scale cannabis farm.” The player had to show documents to prove that someone else lived in their house while they owned it. On the other hand, faced with the non-disclosure of what was happening, owners could see their rental income seized.
